I won't go into great detail about my recent surgery shenanigans, but I will say that I am recovering and resting well at home with my little boy and enjoying him more than ever. Having spent a total of eight nights in hospital, it has been an odd couple of weeks. With drains and cannulas and lots of medication, it feels wonderful to get back to normality.
Thank you to all those who sent messages and cards, they were warmly received and kept my spirits up tremendously - thank you!
