Bubbles & Bach

I learnt a cool new trick in Coby's Music Train class yesterday. At one point, a few of the babies, including Coby, started to get a little restless. There were some tears and tired little moans coming from around the room, so the teacher told all the mums to remain silent, she put on some classical music and using a cool bubble machine, she gently blew bubbles at each baby in turn. The silence that followed was incredible and the combination of music and the flurries of bubbles, made for a very tranquil scene.

I thought I would try the same thing at home today. I put on my 'Classical Music for Babies' CD and out came the bubbles...

Coby seemed to delight in our little session
and I think this may be a regular activity for us
