A Bump to the Head

Being a new parent truly is a test of one's sanity. Last night we had to take Coby to the local A&E as he banged his head on the coffee table. While it wasn't a bad bang to the head, we immediately became concerned when he vomited some of his milk about 10 minutes later. He then fell asleep quite quickly, which is unlike Coby. So, just to be safe, we took him to casualty and had him checked over. When we arrived we were seen straight away. As one of the nurses later commented, a baby is like a VIP pass in an A&E department. At this point, Coby was quite unresponsive and we found it hard to wake him up, however, he often becomes comatosed following a drive in a nice warm car. Sure enough the little fella was just sleeping and, lo and behold, as soon as we got home he was wide awake and ready for his next round of milk.
